Trying to send a mail to Odawara Kanagawa post office

Hello, I am trying to send a letter to odawara kanagawa post office with a postal code 250-0012, can someone tell me how? we go to DHL and try to send it but they said we need contact address, a contact number and a contact person for them to send it. I am looking for my father and the last address i know where he live is:

CASA BIANCA MANSION
4-2-43 Honcho Odawara City,
Kanagawa Prefecture
JAPAN 250-0012

I hope that they will forward my letter to my fathers new address if he left a forwarding address there. pls help me. thanks

Couldn't you use regular mail instead of DHL to contact him at his old address? As you mentioned, if your father has a forwarding service in place or the post office has his new address, they'll redirect your letter to him.

Im sorry sir, but what do you mean regular mail? what courier do I send to? PHLPOST?

PHLPost | Convenient. Fast. Reliable.

phlpost.gov.ph

DHL is a private courrier service. Good old snail mail doesn't require a contact number.
