Translation: what is she saying?

Hello,

Could someone please help with this phrase?

The girl is searching for a shop to repair her watches and finally finds one.
I know there is some weak English translation, but the problem is, that I don't understand what she says exactly. And I am not sure.

Also, there is a hiragana と on the door. What does that mean? Or where can I search information about it? Some mysterious symbol that tells something about shops.

My data connection is too slow to stream it, but I saw this far:



and would guess the と is from とけい. The shop is in a station on the Marunouchi (literally: "inside the circle") Line, which would explain a logo of と inside a circle.

Wow, I see, the Tokyo station is also located in Marunouchi business district. Japanese urban culture is so lovely. Thanks
But the audio is also important. She doesn't seem to say mise(窶弭) or shoppu, and I couldn't find any similar sounding words for "repair shop".

oh, I've already got an answer. Approximately she is saying "たしか職員専用の" which means nothing like english subtitles. Amateur japanese "Stackexchange" forum helped me with that one. Apparently, they've got fast internet in their chatbox

Nope.The English translation is correct. She said 平仮名一文字って確か職員専用の…[Hiragana hitomoji tte tashika shokuin sen'you no...], i.e., a single hiragana on a door in Tokyo Station shows that the door is the entrance of a shop for employees only. For instance, "り" refers to 理容室 [りようしつ] "barber shop", and "し" is for 食堂 [しょくどう] "dining room". Similarly, と means that the shop is 時計屋 [とけいや] "clock shop (for employees only)".
