Hello and thanks again for your generosity on this site; as a collector of Japanese WWII ephemera and items, you've been immeasurably helpful.

Any info you can glean from the cloth label and mark in this alleged IJA helmet (I see it was produced by the British company that made these, but probably pre-war) ?

The flag label says 皇国, kōkoku, Japanese empire

the red inkan stamp looks like it could be 豊永, a surname most likely pronounced Toyonaga
