Translation of few dialogues

Oh hi, nice forums!

ok here the thing:
I was trying to understand some dialogues..

at around 5:30

わが病院に勤めて頂けないでしょうか？先生のような名医にいらして頂けるなら副院長のポストを用意します。それに報酬も...
the bad guy invites doctor to work in his hospital and will prepare a deputy director post for him. And we will pay him well/reward well.

1. ずぶん買い被られたものだな
??
2. いえいえ、このように町民から慕われているのですから当然です。
no-no, the town's people..???

悪い話ではないと思いますが
he don't have any bad intentions.(he pretends)
断る(doctor refuses)

1 & 2 are the most problematic for me...
I will be very grateful If somebody can explain me what does these two dialogues mean.

Here's few minor corrections.
わが病院に勤めて頂けないでしょうか？先生のような名医にいらして頂けるのなら副院長のポストを用意します。それに報酬もお望みのままに。

ずいぶん買い被られたもんだな。

いえいえ、このように町民たちから慕われているのですから当然です。悪い話ではないと思いますが。

断る。

You give me too much credit.

かいかぶる【買い被る】
【例文】
私はだいぶ買い被られているようです
I'm afraid I am much overrated.
彼の人格を買い被っていた
I overestimated his character.
私のことを買い被っています．私の成功は運がよかったまでです
You're giving me too much credit. My success was entirely due to good luck.

The subject of 慕われている is the doctor. 町民たちから shows "the town's people" is not the subject.

I think this isn't anything bad for you.

I see! then it should mean something like this:
このように町民たちから慕われているのですから当然です。
naturally it's because you are the most adored one by these town folks.

ok help me with just one more dialogue:
at around 18:28
Bad guy's wife says that her kid fell off from the horse while horse riding and then she says:
看護婦の話だとこのもｎのホテルの患者と同じだろう~
？？
What does she mean here? I don't have a Idea..
What's the same about the patient that the nurse was talking?

The nurse is referring to the symptoms/condition of the kid.

The first dialogue.
お前も好きだね、大丈夫か？
落ちんな/だよ。

「落ちんな/だよ」 means 落ちない + なよ？(Is this a dialect?)
But for whom, the orange or the boy?

English subs seem to contradict what I understood.

落ちんなよ。(a colloquial form of 落ちるなよ mostly used by males)
Careful! (lit. Don't fall down!)

That's a warning to Eita(the guy who is going to pick the orange from the tree).

FYI, we can't see the video in Japan due to "This video is not available in your country" error. I watched the drama in another site, so I can't judge the validity of the given English translation.

The given translations of the first and last sentence, "You're really big, aren't you?" and "It's going to fall.", are completely wrong.
