Translation help

Hi,

I'm brand new to this forum but I had a question that I wanted some help with and this forum seemed like a friendly and helpful community, so I joined up.

I've been trying to translate the phrase "~ is more illusion than flesh and blood", I came up with 「～肉と血より幻覚的です。」 and while I believe this to be ok grammatically, I think that it might be missing some of the nuances that it has in English.

If anyone has any suggestions or thoughts I would appreciate it.
