Translation Hachimaki

I need your help in translating this Hachimaki that I bought.

The writer seems to mean it as 神風[kamikaze], but the kanji 風[kaze] is wrong. I suppose the writer might not be a Japanese native.

I don't think anyone who had hanzi or kanji as a native writing system would have written that.

Heck, *I* write kanji better than that.

Pretty much looks like it was drawn (not written ) by someone trying to copy a picture, but who was unfamiliar with what he was doing.
