Translation for the part of invoice

Hello,
I got this part of invoice that i would like to know more about, but because its in Japanese i cant understand anything about it, i have tried some methods to translate it but it didn't worked. All i know that it should something about car engine. Any help with translation would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

It lists custom parts installed on the car, areas which have dirt/stains, and damage/repairs to the body and chassis.

I get the impression it has been wrecked, as there is mention of some welding and some bent portions of the frame.

The engine has been replaced and the stereo doesn't work.
