I've would like sensei here in borrowing a helping hand in helping to translate this Hinomaru, is that possible?

I have some doubt if that's genuine. An onomatopoeia of a fighter aircraft or an English word "SOS" are written on the flag, and some signatures and slogans seem to be written by the same person.

I do felt the same.
Based just on the look on the flag, it does look genuine but the drawings look a bit off.
I do felt that it was added on the flag by someone.
