Translating attack moves from a game.

I'm playing a game that has attack modes, but having trouble figuring out the kanji characters.
The icons for the attack modes are:
Apparently, my post count is too low!
I made a wiki page with the icons on it:
lukes (dot) pbworks (dot) com (slash) icons

That last icon is 10,000, but I'm not entirely sure what this means in the context of a game. Rapid fire maybe? (It does kind of seem this attack is a fast one.)

Forgot to mention that I found the blue icon already. It's "defense", pretty clear.

Also, I found that the red icon means: attack or aggression, but I'm not clear what that would mean in a video game context. Really strong attack maybe?

Okay so the purple one is "tyrannize" or "oppress". What would that mean in a game context?

Scope out these meanings:

Green icon = "tear, rip, break"
Purple icon = "oppress, tyrannize over"
Red icon = "attack"
Blue icon = "protect against, prevent"
Yellow icon = "ten thousand, countless, myriad"

Not knowing the rules of the game, how it's played, and so on, there is no way someone who isn't familiar with it could answer your question, the way I see it.

But when you think about it, they are self-explanatory (except for the Yellow icon).

In other words, if you want to tear, rip, or break something, hit the Green button; if you want to oppress or tyrannize over someone, hit the Purple button; if you want to attack someone or something, hit the Red button; if you want to protect against, or prevent something from happening, hit the Blue icon.

The only weird button is the Yellow one. I don't know how that would work. Maybe, as you suggested, that would be "rapid fire" mode, or else "canister" (sort of like shotgun) mode, as they say in field artillery.

It's a shooter/rpg style game.
Where the enemy is a mage or warrior or rogue, etc.
They all are armored and have various attacks that you have to use your cross hairs to deflect and attack.

So it makes some sense.
The green would be an armor breaking attack most likely.
The red standard attack.
Blue is defensive.
I'm guessing purple would be maybe a taunting attack or a really strong attack.
Still have no clue on yellow except maybe rapid attack (like a 10,000 fists attack or something, heh.)

Right on.

As you pointed out, you seem to have the general idea of the basic meaning of each respective kanji. So from there, maybe you'd start with them as a base, and then learn as you go, maybe?

Hrm, that seems mostly right. The purple attack makes the enemy stagger a bit. So that works. The rest fit just fine except yellow.
The yellow icon attack isn't rapid fire. It seems almost the same as the red icon attack.:?
