Help Translate Christmas card

Today (I know, I know...) I received a christmas-package from Japan. With a letter written in English... No problem so far...
-but she also wrote something in katakana... Usually it's no problem, but this time...

That thing under the red heart is "Chu!" which is the Japanese sound for a kiss

-So what is the right meaning of that writing? the one Kanji is "suki", right? And is the one sign really the sound for "kiss"?
