How do I say "to park (a vehicle)"?
Is it 駐車する or とめる, or any other?

Also, how do you write とめる:
止める or 停める?

とめる can be naturally used for parking, but also for stopping. In terms of kanji: in the case of 停, this isn't a joyo reading so you may see people using 止める but it's not incorrect to use 停める or 駐める for the "parking a car" case.

駐車する means to park (specifically, whereas とめる could just be "stop").

Incidentally, 停車(する) is for temporary parking(e.g. to stop at a signal, to park while loading/unloading), and 駐車(する) is for usual/long term parking.
