Haha... I have Kaoru lips... but that's it. ...and my hair is sort like his is right now except minus blonde highlights... just black. I want purple though

I think that's Gackt. There are a lot of features that are just the same.
But there still is no proof of surgery though. I's a long time ago, isn't it?
Anyway if he did change something my guess is the lips...
