Hello! My name's Raven. You can call me that or any of the bajillions of nicknames people derive from that name. Ravie, Ray-Ray, Queen Ravelia of Snowdonia, I don't mind. =P
I'm 20 years old, I live in Ireland and although I've already been passively picking up words of Japanese here and there for ages, I decided last year to try to learn it properly. :]
I'm already doing a full-time technology course, so I don't always have much time (or motivation, I'm very lazy!) for studying it, but when there's a full moon and Saturn is in retrograde and the mood hits me, I break out the ol' Japanese notebooks.
So that's mostly why I'm here. I've been lurking in the fora for a while now because any time I have a question about grammar and Google it, I end up on JRef. I thought I might as well register since I'm always hanging around!
