I have been posting somewhat controversial comments on this forum in the thread "Japan's Conspiracy (1)". From now on, I will post here on this thread almost the same topics.

I originally thought that my thread would end soon. I didn't have many topics at that time. However, while I continued to post my opinions here, extraordinary conspiracies came out one after another.

I now know the theory "Bad money drives out good." is definitely true.

As I am a non-native English speaker, I may use wrong expressions. So, let me apologize for the inconvenience in advance. But I really hope that you will understand what I want to say.

I have been writing events mostly outside Japan. But the core of Japan's problem exists inside Japan for sure. I don't mean that Japan is the only country for the illicit conspiracies throughout the world. But I believe that Japan's too good reputation makes the conspiracies even more complicated. There is more to it than that. Some innocent countries and people are often falsely accused of the conspiracies.

I believe that such misdeeds will be revealed in the future even if I stop revealing them here. So, I think that the earlier the disclosure, the better the results, particularly for the part of Japan.

You may wonder why I continue to post such controversial topics, but I would like you to understand the circumstances that occur around me. I am fighting bad people in Japan. Some of them are actually powerful people. Some of them are just my neighbors. Others are still unknown. The only way for me to live an ordinary life is to get the support of the people in the world however small.

At the moment when I heard the death of Sir Edmund Hillary in the TV news, I thought Hillary Clinton had been dead (See Note 1). I had thought the climber who had first reached the summit of Mount Everest had been a British man. I once had heard of his name, but I had forgotten it completely.

At that time, Hillary Clinton was waging a presidential campaign in a desperate mood (See Note 2).

=== Another Coincidence in the Past ===

As I was concerned about the coincidence, I examined their articles further. Soon, I found an article about the emergency hospital admission of Sir Edmund. He had been admitted to an intensive care unit with a lung infection on February 11, 1998 (See Note 3).

And I examined articles about Hillary Clinton, too.

I was surprised. She had been in desperate mood because of the Monica Lewinsky scandal (See Note 4). The couple had been in such a terrible pinch that British Prime Minister Tony Blair had hurried to their aid several days before (See Note 5).

Though I did not find the day on purpose, the day was, again, National Foundation Day in Japan.

That's interesting, indeed. I seriously doubt that it is anything other than pure coincidence, however. Thanks for sharing the data with us. I wonder if there is any data which might correct any of the above, so that coincidence, even, would be weak. Something to think about maybe.

We rarely think seriously about rainfall. This attitude is something like the one we have toward a forest fire or an urban conflagration.

But let me think about it a little seriously here.

=== Forest Fires ===

Nobody regards trees around the mountain as part of a powder magazine of the nature when he or she looks at them. In the same way, nobody thinks houses, offices and hotels as part of a powder magazine of the artificial construct.

But everybody understands that trees are really explosives when he or she sees people burnt alive in the forest fire or killed in an abrupt urban fire. The reason is that a mere strike of a match can start a forest fire which may have much more destructive power than the match. Under the normal circumstances, we rarely see ignitions caused by matches or thunderbolts. And we forget its awful fact in our daily lives.

=== The Sky is a Natural Dam. ===

If the floodgate of a dam full of water is opened, there would be a great flood down the stream. If a hole is made in the levee, it will be broken immediately.

In the same way, the sky is a natural dam. It is often filled with a lot of water. Under the normal circumstances, we rarely see great floods from the sky because the dam in the sky is rarely destroyed. However, once it is destroyed, the result will be catastrophic.

But human beings finally found the way to open the floodgate of the dam in the sky. This is something like starting a forest fire with a match. But in this case, a match is not used. Carbon dioxide is used, instead.

=== Ten Trillion Tons of Water ===

There is about ten trillion tons of water in the sky (See Note 1). The surface area of the earth is about 500 million square kilometers (See Note 2).

If all the vapor in the sky is fallen evenly to all the surface of the earth, amount of the rainfall will be 20 millimeters. But in consideration with the fact that most of the surface of the earth is covered with dry air such as clear regions in and around deserts or oceans, there can be more than 200 millimeters of rainfall in humid regions such as the Japanese archipelago. There may be even up to 1000 millimeters in the case of a localized rain burst.

Recently, I have found some interesting data in the Internet. I am preparing a topic in which you could confirm the impact of the artificial rainfall.

I have repeatedly pointed out the artificial rainfall as the cause of some disasters. And some related information has finally come out since last December. But the scale of disaster is beyond imagination.

This time, I take up one example. But let me say that you are the person who judges the credibility of my information.

=== Experimental Result (See Note 1, 2) ===

Sasebo City in Kyushu Island and an assistant professor at Kyushu University Faculty of Engineering made an announcement about experiments on artificial rainfall in the Internet newspaper. The announcement can be read in Japanese only. So, let me translate its outline into English as follows.

Sasebo City has been suffering water shortages. It has carried out a research on artificial rainfall with Fukuoka Prefecture and the Self-Defense Forces since 1994.

So far, they have confirmed the two results below.

1. Artificial rainfall requires a cloudﾂ which is at least one kilometer in thickness.

2. The temperature in the cloud should be below zero degrees centigrade.

Under such circumstances, they have confirmed the rainfall result from five out of six experiments, since 1999.

1. The spray of 600 grams of liquid carbon dioxide in the air created 500,000 tons of precipitation.

2. The precipitation started 30 minutes after the spray.

3. Exact prediction about the move of clouds is necessary to make a rainfall at the targeted place.

1. Practical Application

They say that the experiment started in 1994. But its practical application seems to have started after the end of WWII. In 1993, there were terrible weather terrorism (according to my opinion) in the Southern part of Kyushu Island (See Note 3).

2. The Scale of Artificial Rainfall

If it should be the case, the scale of artificial rainfall can be enormous. If the area were to be 50 square kilometers, there would have been 10 millimeters of rainfall with mere 600 grams of liquid carbon dioxide (the price of only 60 cents).

3. Weather terrorism is feasible.

If 600 grams of liquid carbon dioxide can cause 10 millimeters of precipitation, 60 kilograms of it can cause 1000 millimeters of precipitation as well. This is a destructive amount of rainfall.

4. If this information is correct, it can be said that some riddles in the weather terrorism (artificial rainfall) have been answered.
