Will the old JBanner still continue to be used? or does ultimately everybody need to transfer the new one?

I like the use of different size banners, but it's a shame you can't combine several 468x60 banners for a single account anymore...

The new banner exchange is not functional yet. Once it is, we will keep the old banner exchange active for about two or three weeks to allow members to migrate their accounts. We will probably offer 3 different banner graphics to "free" exchange members, and 5 to sponsored members.
