Dear native English speakers,
The sentence above does not make sense to me. Can one street consist of three highways? To my knowledge, a highway means a wide road connecting major cities or towns. Would someone explain this to me?

This is not clear to me, either.
My guess would be that there are three different highways running through different parts of the town, but that they all come together at some point, forming one big road - the town's main street.
