Please read the text on this scroll by matsumura baiso (松村梅叟 1884-1935) of two women playing a board game.

 
Have to admit defeat on this one.
The left seems to say 御歌所素永源青囗 The first three kanji are an official court title. Something like "court poet", used in the late Edo era. But the name doesn't come up in any search. So I either have this wrong, or its such a minor person he isn't indexed in any search engine (unlikely).

The poem itself is too hard for me. The bits I can pick out
の風を聞く 静
石 志

Not enough to figure out.
 
Nevertheless it's amazing how much you got out of the last line...
Is it possible to guess what type/form/sort of poem it is?
