Hi there. I've attempted to translate the following into japanese:

1) please teach this kanji (to me)

2) please carry this bag

3) please use this towel

4) please sit down

5) please bring a book

My answers were: (in romaji)

1) kono kanji o oshiete kudasai.

2) kono kaban o motte kudasai.

3) kono taoru o tsukatte kudasai

4) suwatte kudasai.

5) hon o mottekite kudasai.

That's about it.

Also, would it be possible instead of using a sentence such as " kono kaban o motte kudasai " as " kono kaban wa motte kudasai" and still be grammatically correct?

Sentences seems fine.

You can use このかばんは持ってください but the emphasis would be on the bag and nuance would change. Not always interchangeable

Yeah, "wa" performs as a contrastive marker in that sentence, i.e., "kono kaban wa motte kudasai" is used in a situation, for instance, "Please carry this bag, but please do not carry this box."
