Sushi Rice Recipe Wanted

Hey all! I just found my new favorite food-Sushi Rice!! Does anyone have any simple recipes that i can make? I can cook well, i just dont want to take the hassle. Appreciate the help!!

you mean the sticky rice?
buy it and make it with the directions...
it tastes hell-a good.
if you mean sushi rice...i dunno why you'd eat plain sushi rice, tho...
just after it's sits, put the rice in nonmetal bowl and then thoroughly mix in 2tbs seasoned rice vinegar. n thats all

Sushi rice is even easier to make if you get the powdered sushi vinegar to mix in. I know that is kind of like cheating . But, really, it is so easy to make sushi rice that way!

Don't forget to fan your rice . . .

Oh, and I prefer a wooden bowl over metal, but that is probably because sometimes I am a traditionalist . . . :sorry:
