I have always had a question: Sushi is available all over the world. Is there any difference between eating sushi in other parts of the world and eating sushi in Japan? Do you have any stories about this?

Sushi in Japan generally has more fresh ingredients available and is overall of much better quality. Sushi in the U.S. is often dominated by extravagant maki-sushi that you don't see in Japan much such "dragon rolls" or whatever.

I also tasted sushi at a Japanese restaurant in Arcadia, Los Angeles, and I felt that their taste was more intense and they added some sauce.

It is a video of the Japanese sushi culture.

回転寿司(Conveyor belt sushi)
The conveyor belt sushi walks a way of the development as sushi of the friend of cheap, lighthearted general public. Pleasure to turn around above all attracts children's attention and comes to occupy the high rank of the eating out spot that families choose now. In the first place the nigiri-zushi developed as the fast food which a hasty Edoite picked up at one gulp casually. As for the conveyor belt sushi, it turns out that it is the Japanese culture that the flow inherited well when I think so.

Conveyor belt sushi is trying to survive by differentiating itself from others. The store in Kanagawa Prefecture, run by an intermediate wholesaler, carries about 50 types of seafood from all over the country. There are also plenty of daily specials such as red dragon and peppermint. Kaisendon is a very popular lunch that is served around 100 times a day!
Conveyor belt sushi has been in business for 45 years and operates five stores in western Tokyo. We win the hearts of our regular customers with our community-based hospitality. Enjoy high-quality seafood at lower prices, including winter limited sets and shellfish dishes! On the first day of each month, the special service of 110 yen per plate is popular.
You will be impressed by the charm of conveyor belt sushi, which strives to be the only one of its kind.
(From "news every." broadcast on February 23, 2023)

The conveyor belt sushi that more than 80% do not go around the latest conveyor belt sushi restaurant, a move of the near future are "digital" turns.

I have also tasted sushi in Fukuoka, Oita, Kyoto , London, and Singapore in Japan, but I feel that the materials used in Japanese sushi are more comprehensive, and the taste is lighter. British sushi and other countries have less variety.

That's because they're mostly restricted to ingredients that can be frozen or are less perishable. Definitely there's much more variety in Japan.
