Please refrain from overindulging in capitalization, not only is it taxing on the eye but it also sets a poor example to Japanese students of English, many of whom read this fora.

It's an intro post and not exactly formal.
It does not set a poor example but rather a realistic example. Often full capitalization is put in seemingly random places for emphasis, even good literature might have it. For example, Nineteen Eighty-Four has quotes such as "BIG BROTHER IS WATCHING YOU." This is also the internet where such a practice is common and is hard to avoid contact with.
I typed normally in my last few sentences so the contrast should be obvious. The capitalization catches your eye first and foremost. This does not mean I will be using that type of capitalization in all of my posts, but I think it is rather rude to criticize my post and not welcome me.

Nighnteen Eighty Four is an awesome book. Has a bit of a stupid ending though! Orwell Really knows how to write. I am also glad I don't smoke 'Victory' cigarettes!
