"Stylised" kanji

Hi guys,

I have been wondering recently, what is the name for this style of kanji as on the Kyodai logo?

I would give more examples but I don't know what to google for.

I feel like this is a bit of an embarrassing question since I've been learning Japanese so long, but what's it called and are there consistent rules for the way the kanji are stylised? I'm pretty useless at reading these and I'd like to get better.

That's 大學 (學 is the traditional from of 学), written in 篆書体 seal script.

I think it's a variant of the style called 篆書体
