By the way, I just found this on the home page. It's a nice piece of Engrish:

It comes from this Japanese:

Why there is a comma after the は? :?

Here's a good one for you. I'm sure not too many people can write this one from memory, and while you're shooting for the stars, I figured I would put this one here too: 鬱.

Just a style consideration. I guess they really wanted to show a break between the two parts of the sentence, perhaps to emphasize what comes after it.

Hey now, writing 鬱 isn't that hard, even I can do it.

But only because it's my favourite kanji, I guess.
