Hallo: I am a newbie here. I have some japanese paintings that I bought when I was there, and would like to know the meaning of several inscriptions on them. If this is not the right subforum, I apologise.
Here is a couple from a watercolour of Kawagoe.
If anyone is able to translate them, I would be very thankful.

Note that what you bought is a printing, not the original painting, as Majestic-san pointed out in another thread.
 
Yes, I think the original is in a museum in Kawagoe. Thank you very much indeed. I should have said printings.
