Yes it is.

Its like Silent Hill except that the enemies are Shibitos and they WILL NOT DIE.

You play as 10 people and it all takes place in a little villiage...

Well you have to run because Shibitos can use Rifles, Pistols, Blunt and Sharp objects to kill ya.

There is a useful move you can use is called "Sightjack", you can see though the eyes of any Shibitos and people.

All you can do is run!? You can't pick up a two by four at least try and defend yourself? Ten people and none of them know how to fight!?

There are weapons... pistols, rifles, blunt and sharp weapons that you can use. Its just that when you use them, the enemy gets back up after a while.

Well its at least a different type of horror game. Anyways if you try to run from a Shibito that has a rifle you will die.

Sure but if you use all your ammo on a mere shibito then you're done as well
Anyway I still prefer the last silent hill even if siren's kinda different

true, but only if you really suck at games and just run around in circles. (ya Silent Hill 3 is good game, lets hope the 4th will make some more sense/explain the point of Silent Hill, than the 2nd one.

Silent Hill3

I think the WORST thing they could have done is go back to the original story. SH1 didn't really make sense, they just threw alot of different things at you trying for a scare. SH3 was scary but, the plot still seemed mushed together. SH2 was my favorite of the series. It presented more of a psychological journey for the main character, James, with whom I share a first name

So you kill a shibito and it gets back up? Sounds like the only things you can do with the weapons is make nosie and get more of the things after you. Cut out the middle shibito and just shoot yourself.

Silent Hill 3 is the Sequel to Silent Hill 1. It takes place like 10 to 20 years later.

The shibitos get up like 5 to 10 min. later and only 4 out of the 10 people use guns and have plenty of ammo (i'm guessing because I can't remember, maybe about 20 bullets for the rifle and like 40 for the pistol). And it takes one bullet to "kill" a shibito with a rifle and 2-3 bullets for a pistol. Human guys can take 2 rifle hits in a row to die, pistol 3-4 hits in a row, girls take 1 rifle bullet and 2-3 pistol bullets.
