what does that mean actuallly? how to get pregnant thru pre-ejaculation?

Sperm from a previous ejaculation may have stayed inside the penis, which is caught by the pre-ejaculation as it comes out (by the way, most men cannot feel the pre-ejac coming out). Pre-ejaculation itself is meant to clean out the inner penis tract (I forget the name of it exactly) before the actual semen comes.

Never let anyone risk it. Men should always wear a condom (unless, of course, getting pregnant IS the goal).

The deal with pre-ejaculate is that there is sometimes VERY SMALL numbers of sperm within those droplets. It's really only a worry if you're having unprotected sex, thinking that you'll be able to pull out before ejaculation.

As several falks have commented, one should ALWAYS, I say again... ALWAYS wear a condom during sex, unless a baby is the goal. Combining a condom with another form of birth control is even better - condoms sometimes break.

Pre-ejaculation is actually pretty basic. It is believe that the reason why men have pre-ejaculated fluids is to netrualize the acidity of the vagina's bodily fluids. The reason for this logic is because then when the actual climax arrives, the sprem has a better chance of survival against the vagnia's defense systems, and ensure impregnation.

Off - Topic ... Joke ...

This just reminded me of a joke ("off-topic" ... but may I?)

There is this guy in a public washroom ... and suffering.
