Sending My Stuff to University

Since on my way to Fukui I'll go to Dubai, Baghdad, Amman, Bangkok, Osaka and then Fukui; it will be very hard for me to take all my stuff from here. In addition to that, I'll pay a lot a of money for over-weight. That's why, I'm thinking of shipping a big box with all my things (clothes, computer parts, guitar, books, etc...) to Fukui University about one week before leaving the country.
So: do you know the best freighting company that can deliver my things to Fukui for the cheapest rate from UAE? :?
It's OK if that will take 2 weeks or more.

We have all kinds of logistics and cargo companies here
But I don't know about their reliability, best prices, best options, etc...
That's why I'm looking for an advice
