I may be going down to Hiroshima, Osaka, Kobe and Kyoto soon. What (and where) are the major 2nd handﾂ ﾂ（窶吮??ﾅ津δ） video game and bookstores in these cities?

I want to go down to one if I have the time!

Bookoff is great and there's even one here in Hawaii.

Have you checked here, one of the most comprehensive listings of bookstores in Japan (all regions) that I've come across and even lists addresses and directions and types of books sold.
