Searching for lost friends

Hello, when my parents were in Kyoto in the 2002 and made some close friends there who they kept in contact with for years before those friends seemingly moved out of nowhere. We are going on a trip to Japan together soon and want to know if we can see them while we're there. The wife is from the Phillipines, her name is Brenda Omura. The husband's name is Yoshiyuki Omura, my dad said the kanji they use for omura is 大村. Their old land line was 1181775292571 and they used to live in Otsu, shiga right next to Kyoto. They had 2 children, a boy named Yuuto and a girl named Aisa. The kids would be in their 30's now and the parents would be in their 50's.
