Scroll with a cultural meeting?

This scroll with a lot of folks to say the least, all by their names, has a caption I would like you to read.
I got this:
詩歌連誹琴棋--茶花會圖 (書?画?)
名府柏永堂刀
會主甲-竹天山 (陽?)
天保十-来南呂於尾知 (己?)
多有脇邨蓮念精舍會之
It seems to name the 4 amusements, tea and flower arrangement.
The date is tempo 10, 1839
But what company is this and where?
What are the symbols beneath the title?

Yes, you've got it. It is a convention of practitioners of the various arts.
To the original 4 arts of koto, shogi, calligraphy, and painting (琴棋書畫), 6 other art forms have been added. Each different art has its own symbol (under the kanji for that particular art). The list of the arts are

漢詩 Chinese poetry
和歌 Japanese Waka poetry
連歌 Japanese Renga poetry
俳諧 Japanese Haiku poetry
琴道 Koto
棋道 Shogi
書道 Calligraphy
畫道 Art/Painting
茶道 Tea Ceremony
花道 Flower Arranging

The first or second kanji is taken to make the title of the piece
詩歌連誹琴棋書畫茶花會圖

The year is 天保十年己亥（㐪）1839. The month is 8th month of lunar calendar （南呂）.
The location is Rennenji Temple, in town of Ariwaki (有脇邨蓮念精舍會之) in the Chita District of Owari Province (於尾知多).
會主 甲陽竹天山 This would be the name of the sponsor of the meeting. Must be an art name.
名府柏永堂刀 This part I'm not sure of. The kanji in red sound like an art name.

I think this is a real meeting of aficionados of these arts, and it was held in the Gifu/Nagoya area every year for a few years. It might have become so big that they split off some of the arts into their own conferences. It's interesting to me because it feels just like various conventions and gatherings that we have today.

甲陽竹天山 means Chikutenzan in Kai province.

柏永堂 Hakueidō is the name of the publisher in Nagoya(名府). 刀 means "engraved by ~ (for wood print)" here.

You can see the picture of a quite similar meeting held by 竹雲琳 Chikuunrin in the following page. This could be another name of the same person.

The pdf file in the site of the Gifu Prefectural Museum Majestic-san provided is actually about this Chikuunrin's picture. It explains the background of this kind of meeting. See the file 美濃飛騨ゆかりの書画会、展観会資料の紹介 in the section 第30号（2009年）in the following page.

So obviously the symbols beneath the title represent the arts.
連歌 Japanese Renga poetry has to do without one... Applying to none or all?
They were used to mark the participents.
E.g. these go players. Who would they be and what is added to their names?

It is a woodblock print indeed.
Of incredible size 29 x 132 cm.
Surely not a woodblock in one piece ... ?
However there is no sign of separate blocks, and holding it against the light it looks like a one piece paper.
Are such large blocks known, or else such one piece large paper size prints?
After all it could be printed partially with more blocks like a puzzle.

Any clue please to the three seals in the title?
Would they indicate who designed this print?

Actually, 連誹 Renpai is a single word. It's another name of 連歌, and 歌 refers to 和歌 there, not 連歌.

That's the region where they are from.
e.g.
ヨコスカ: 横須賀村 Yokosuka Village (the present 愛知県東海市 Tōkai City, Aichi Prefecture)
大アシ: 大足村 Ōashi Village (the present 愛知県知多郡武豊町 Taketoyo Town, Chita District, Aich Prefectute)
タカハマ: 高浜村 Takahama Village (the present 愛知県高浜市 Takahama City, Aichi Prefecture)
アリ: I think this refers to 有脇村 Ariwaki Village (the present 愛知県半田市 Handa City, Aichi Prefecture)
