what is the very first day of school like in japan. i heard that they have this big assembly and stuff but i'm not sure. honostly what is school like at all @.@ i know they have 6 classes they don't move from room to room and the students clean the school but thats all i really know. help!

I'm totally helpless, sorry. Though I wonder if there's any manga or J-drama show with a good depiction of Japanese high school students' everyday life... I know fiction deforms reality one way or another most of the time, but there could possibly be one or two works matching your request. Of course, only someone who's lived such experiences would be able to make a good judgment...
