Scholarships for period during studying Japanese language

I want to study my Master in Japan after I graduate my degree.
I planning to study Japanese Language in ABK.

I found lots of scholarships that is available for Master, but I cant found any for Japanese Language.

Are there any scholarship for me to study in Japanese Language Institute?
What is the requirement for me to get 1 place?
