Satellite TV in Japan

I was wondering if it was possible to have access to foreign channels through satellite in Japan. What satellites are available here ?

thanks for the answer, what the satellites have Japan in their coverage area ? I'm asking for the satellite name so I can check the channel Iists. I know nilesat and astra aren't available there.

ps : I need arab sport channels actually.
