Sake cups kanji help?

Hello everyone!

You've been so helpful with my WW II saki cup collection, I have another one to translate. It is a set of three matched cups that newspaper was used for packing in the original box. I hope this can help to date the purchase or the cups. All I know is that they are probably Emperor's presentation cups. Thanks very much for your wisdom, I so appreciate this site.

Probably can get more clues if you spread out the paper and get images of all the writing but 阪鶴鐡道時間表 says Hankaku Railway Timetable. And according to this Wikipedia page, the Hankaku Railroad operated only from 1893 to 1907.

Thank you! That is useful information. The paper is so fragile, I am touching it as little as possible. Can you read the kanji on the box top or cups?
