Hello,
I am trying to translate text on two sides of an old trophy that was stored in a box of 1930s Japanese paperwork. I believe the paperwork may pertain to business matters, possible stock sales, but that's just a guess. Not sure if the trophy is related to the paperwork.
Best Regards and Thank You!
There is some older kanji use:
青森商工會議所 → 青森商工会議所, Aomori Chamber of Commerce
會頭 → 会頭, president
藤林源右衛門 → a name (Fujibayashi Gen'emon?)
Here is a link to a biography of this gentleman (with photo). He was born 明治8年 (1875), and was head of the chamber of commerce from 昭和8年 (1933) to 昭和16年 (1941).
