Reputable textbook for learning Kanji

Hi. I have been studying Japanese for over a year now and have picked up probably around 150 - 200 Kanji without intensive study of it. I can write probably around 50 of them, know the meanings of about 100 and can recognize and place about 150 - 200.

I am looking for a Kanji book that won't be too amateur but will help me better my kanji learning. Please let me know if you have any suggestions. I am not sure how much a book like "First 100 Kanji" would do, since I pretty much know all the 1st grade and 2nd grade kanji but now when I study I am having trouble remembering the more complex ones.

While I haven't really looked at them in depth, the "Basic Kanji Books" are in my mind recently. I use a book by P. G. O'Neill called "Essential Kanji", which is okay but uses romaji - bad when you're at the level you're at, you want hiragana! From Basic Kanji you can move onto Intermediate Kanji.
