I was just wondering what does a blue card mean in your reputation section
some are green some are blue what is the diffrence please?

I think they're grey. Anyway, it means that the person who gave you rep doesn't have enough posts/hasn't been here long enough/perhaps some other condition has not been met so they can't give you any points. It's neutral. See also the FAQ.

my understanding is that reputation has now been disabled, so while you will get their messages, no more points will be added to your reputation count.

Really ? I thought Rocklee indicated only the messages are still showing up but no points being added. It's better not to have either imo, I'm just reporting what was brought out over the weekend. ☝

Negative rep. was disabled because of some members abusing the system. Now (even if you don't agree), you can only give good rep. But from what I've been told you don't get anymore points :? BTW...I was told that once you hit 1,500 posts you get a toaster! Is that still accurate?
