Hello there! I have a few lines that I don't really understand or not sure even after looking up dictionaries, so could someone please answer my questions?

Does this line mean "please move the boy to the 別邸"?

I'm confused about this line. Is it about the boy being estranged from family and became like he doesn't exist, or is it about the 旧邸 having almost no people living in?

3. 早いうちに帰らないと本当に忘れられそうだが
In this case, does 早いうちに mean the same as 直ちに? I'm thinking the line means "If I don't return immediately, I will really be forgotten".

4. Does 詰んでいる mean "I'm at my limit" in this context?

5. 行動が読めないから虫も動物も苦手だ。
Does 行動が読めない mean the boy cannot predict the movement/behavior of bugs and animals?

I wasn't aware of this meaning at all. I'm glad I asked. No amount of dictionary will help me with this.

It's the former. He's having a hard time dealing with the situation because he expected but the way the other guys treat/react to the character is not like that.

くせに almost always has a nuance of blame, so it's mostly used towards others.
ぞ at the end of the sentence is also the key. This particle shows blame to others, too. If he said about himself, ひどい（よ）ね is used instead.

"Tsu" is the large one, not the small one there. ポツン is an onomatopoeia to express solitude, as you might know.

なんだと思った is kind of a set expression to express surprise, disbelief or criticism.
I'm not sure how to capture the exact nuance in English but essentially it means "I thought maid clothing would be inappropriate so I came dressed properly."

なんだと思った indeed can express "surprise, disbelief or criticism", but the pitch accent type of this なん is type1 /ナ]ン/ (high-low(-low)). On the other hand, なん in the topic is type0(flat) /ナン=/ (low-high(-high)). Thus, these two なん are different ones. The former is the definition #3, and the latter is #2.
