I'm here requesting a translation to two sentences I found on youtube. I know it sounds stupid. But I'm hoping, since I am a begginer at Japanese, that I did not read these both comments correctly... But I can't be sure if I got the right idea unless someone more experienced than me translate them. I'm sorry for such a specific request. I hope you all find no problem in this request.

Firstly, this comment, with 7 "thumbs down" (rated -7 by youtube users):

別に日本は世界で一番最高な国だから日本に住んでいる 訳ない。
ていうか誰でも人種は違っていても同じことをする。同 じ人間です もの。
お前みたいな人が叩かねればならん。

Then followed (a reply to it) by this one, with 9 thumbs up (rated +9 by youtube users):

あなたやあなたの愛する家族が、なにか暴行など被害に あっても、 同じコメントが言えるのかしら

たしかに国籍は関係ないが、本国でも不逞な者をわざわ ざ日本に入 国させ守るべきではないよ。
どこまでお人好しなんだよ

I really hope I'm mistaken in what I could understand of both comments and their rankings of thumb down/up.

Once again, I apologize for such trivial request, since here is not a free translating service. But I can't get this out of my mind, since I can't be sure of what I read.

First of all, what do you understand the nature of both comments to be ?

And what is the context in which they came out ? Is this in response to a foreign crime in the country or something ? Because I agree with some of both.

I'm very new at Japanese, but basically, I understood in the first comment that all people are equal, regardless of race. And it got seven thumbs down.

I didn't understand very well the second, but by the thumbs up, he is probably making opposition to what the first poster said, since he got his thumbs up, while the other, down.

These were posted in a video of some foreigners in Japan (being loud and direspectful) and a police officer. I'll try to find the link again.

And you're definitely on the right track. Translating terms like 不逞な者 and 人好しare a little sticky, though, in such sensitive material that I'll leave it for now to a (hopefully) native speaker with some English ability to give you a better job. But if not, I'll be back.
