I have a foto of young topless japanese wemen carrying a large phallas and afterwards rubbing it. I'm told it is from a festival. Is it really? what is the name of the festival? Where can I learn about this festival? Any help would be appreciated. Thank You

JR East links 'naked festival' posters to sexual harassment
