I made okonomiyaki at the weekend! Possibly not the most authentic version, but it tasted good. It's not difficult - the only part that can go wrong is if it hasn't fused together properly when you flip it. I used a frying pan and a pan lid - hopefully getting one of those flat grills for Christmas though!
