Preparation for Japanese College

Hi, well I'm from the Philippines and I wanted to ask what I need to prepare myself for college in Japan.
I have already chosen HAL as the college I want to go to but I'm not so sure as to what I might need, especially the
tuition fee that I will have to prepare, and everything else including JLPT N1 and scholarships ) thanks.
