I feel earthquakes/aftershocks no one else can...
Rahul, is there any chance you are still a part of this forum? I was wondering what it is that makes you predict the earthquakes.
For 3 years I have lived on Okinawa, an island over 1,000 miles from the epicenter of the 9.0 earthquake that hit near Sendai. I have felt MANY of the aftershocks here where I am. No one else feels them. Anywhere from several minutes to one hour before I get very dizzy and nauseated. I first noticed this after the big earthquake we had here on 27 FEB 10. It was a 7.0 and it was the biggest earthquake Okinawa has had in over 90 years. Before an aftershock happened I would lose my balance enough to where I would almost have to hold on to something. I would also get really nauseated.
I have fibromyalgia. Several people that also have fibro have said that is the reason why I am so sensitive. It didn't take me long to figure out what was going on after the earthquake here. I was constantly looking at the USGS website to follow the aftershocks. After several of them I noticed I was getting sick right around the times they were happening. The same thing has been happening since the big one on Honshu. The last one I felt was recorded at 1157 local time. I started getting VERY sick around 1100.
At first I thought I was crazy or just imagining things. I was an emergency room RN before fibro took that from me. Sometimes I still think it's not possible, but I can find the answer in my inbox when the USGS sends me their earthquake alerts.
Is there anyone else that gets sick like this?
