Hi all, I'm from Malaysia. This was a Japanese monument in Kuala Lumpur 1941-1945. After Japan retreated from Malaya, the British put back the statue of Frank Swettenham in its place. Can someone be kind enough to translate the kanji? Thanks a million in advance.
