You can either go 2 ways:
- Attend an international Nihongo language school in Japan. This way you don't need to have any knowledge of Japanese.
- Attend a Japanese university if you are fluent in Japanese already (and I mean really fluent, cause you should be able to understand the classes which will be most likely all given in Japanese). Sometimes you might be lucky and go to a university cause the university you are attending in your own country has connections with a Japanese university. Otherwise you will have to pay for all the expenses yourself.

pack yourself with all the necessity's,
just grab the train or the boat to Manila then buy yourself a ticket and then take your airplane and then wait until your in Japan
no serious to follow an education you have to prepared where you wanna go and what do you want to study. But you have to be fluent in japanese to do this.

If you really love Japan grab a bunch of Japanese books and study! That's what I do. Now I have soooo many books.i want to study in japan? how cn i go there
I've found a lover... that's a country. I want to go there more than anything...
But my mommy said i can't till im out of the house. Blah. Oh well.

I understand that ICU (International Christian University) teaches in English. Waseda's School of International Liberal Studies has all-English lectures. Those are the only two I know of for sure.
