So the situation is I am in a circle of very close friends. We are engaged into our conversation and enjoying the time that we forget to go and have a meal. I decide to
grab everyone's attention, but interrupt with courtesy: "ええ、すみません!いまを食べることがへたらいいです。お腹すいたよ!" Is the grammar correct? Is this abnormal and does it come across as rude? Please give your comments. Thanks in advance.

What you wrote isn't rude, just incorrect.
I think you are trying to say,
すみません、いま食べに行ったらいいでしょう。お腹つきましたよ。

It is a persuasive suggestion for the group to go eat, since I am now feeling hungry. Thank you for trying to understand me :)
Or maybe you meant
すみません、いま食べたらいいでしょう。お腹つきましたよ。
This is a little simpler.

typo
お腹きました  change つ to す

You might also just say one of the following
はい、食べたいです。
はい、食べましょう。

or some combination
はい、お腹すいた。食べましょう。 especially if you are among friends.
