They both would win if I were there.
I would shoot the owners in the kneecaps and have them both arrested for animal cruelty. No fight , both winners.

You would probably need at least three pit bulls just to get the tiger to back down and leave. And even then, if the pit bulls continued to harass the tiger and not let it leave, you would wind up some severely injured or dead pit bulls.
A tiger (depending on type) can max out to 670 pounds. A pit bull in good shape about 65 pounds? A tiger can grow up to 3.3 meters. A pit bull, maybe a bit over a meter including tail?
Tigers are huge, bigger than lions (max about 250 pounds). If lions are the kings of the savannah, tigers are the emperors of the world and lions bow to them.
