'uuun' depends on exactly how many 'u's there are, probably "no"

'kochisookima' no clue... gochisoosama?? is said after eating...

'Un' means yes/agree btw.
'onegai itashimasu' polite form of onegai shimasu
'meshiagattekudasai' also very polite, from 'tabete kudasai'
