Toritobe, you are probably right. I have discussed the sentence you have given with my friends, and we were wondering a lot. In the end, we thought it could be a similar phrase which the Hungarian language has as well. For example:

- Perhaps I can dance like her.
- Perhaps surely you can dance like her (Giving her confidence to trust in herself)
Maybe this たぶんきっと is also such a confidence giving phrase, or how simply Mike said, "it would be plausible as it would indicate a growing hope".
Well, in my point of view, I have never seen this phrase anywhere else yet, so it must be very rare, and with my beginner Japanese skills, I shouldn't use it!
