I was all set to give you crap for not looking it up yourself on the Paypal site.
Then when I was unable to within one minute find a definitive answer to that question myself via their help/faq section, I decided that it would be totally unkind and unwarranted to do so. Whoever designed their help/faq is the one who needs to be given crap.

lol he he absolutly i read there FAQ about nine times before a finaly became exsarsparated
I also ask a lot of questions on here coz the type of dislexia i have sometimes makes it hard for me to process and understand lengthy written information
So i ask questions in hope of getting a shorter answer i can read ^^;;sorry

Try this !
If you have a bank account somewhere, get them to issue you a credit/debit card that is only good for the ammount you put in the card account. I wanted a credit card I could use on the internet and not have to worry about it getting ripped off. The bank gave me a VISA card that only has to have $5 US in it to hold it open. I keep about $100 in it to use on the internet and put more in as I need it. If it gets lost or stolen, I'm not out much at all. I don't think the bank charged me anything to open it either.

A warning by the way.
I got an E-Mail from paypal about my account with them being attacked by a hacker or something. It was on paypal letterhead and had their colors and graphics. It asked for personal info that you always see a warning , not to give out. I E-Mailed paypal back and they said it was a fraud/hoax, ignore it. I was real impressed how good the fake E-Mail was. Seems like you can trust no one or nothing sometimes when it come to the internet?

yeah those are usually really good. the easiest way to tell is when you mouse over the links they give, if you see anything other than "Send Money, Pay Online or Set Up a Merchant Account - PayPal" in the bottom left of your screen its a fake. or if you actually click on it the address bar...

You may safely ignore practically all e-mail purporting to come from paypal. Even if one does seem to be legit, don't click on anything in it. Instead open a new window or tab and log in to paypal directly. Anything you need to be aware of or adjust will be evident when you log in.
